How can I set up my osTicket so that customers can't respond by email to the tickets?

Right now, when I make a response to a ticket and it emails it to the customer, they are able to reply by email and bypass the ticket. I don't want this to happen. I want all records of the ticket in the Help Desk.

Just tell them not to reply to it and that they need to login to the ticket system if they would let to reply. You can't really stop them as you have no control over their email provider.

Is there a way I can set the Reply email to an email that will just bounce or something so that they can't email me back?
