hey,
im using osticket rc4.
i fetch the tickets via pop3. that means a user writes its data in a form (not the osticket frontend form) and a php scripts generate an email that will be send to the email adress who is configured in osticket.
the problem is that all data is in the mailbody.
is there any posibility to parse the mailbody for the phone number and put the data for the phone number in the mailbody to osticket?
