[resolved] Link to ticket progress online not working
I am having problems on a new installation and hope someone can help. I want clients to get a link they can click on to see the ticket progress.
It looks from the Admin Panel > Email > Templates page that it is OK - see attached file. When I click on Edit, it shows the following link:
When a client clicks on the link, it asks for their email address and ticket number which if they complete. Then they are sent an email with a link but that too does not work.
I feel this must be simple. Can anyone help?
