osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
My Osticket sends out mails ok to agent about new ticket and assignments. Even overdue ticket alerts, but I cannot get it to send out autoresponders, either when a ticket is automatically added via email or manually by an agent. I have checked everywhere I can think of to see if it's deactivated, but I can't see that it is. Any ideas ?
