Email Template issue

Hi,

We could see that the complete e-mail thread is not appearing in osTicket tool whenever we post reply from the tool and only the original message is appearing. Please let me know if there is any variable that we can use to display the complete ticket thread.

Please find the below configuration details.

osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.25 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2j PHP/7.0.18
MySQL Version 10.1.22
PHP Version 7.0.18

    The Above was worked perfectly till yesterday.
    For some purpose we have enabled the " Strip Quoted Reply" and again disabled it.

    But after that even the " Strip Quoted Reply" was in disabled state, we are not getting the complete mail thread.

    We kindly request you to help us on this issue.

    Thank you.
    The issue was resolved.

    I have deleted the "%{ticket.thread.original}" from the Os Ticket E Mail Templates.
    And after correcting the same, now i am able to get the complete mail thread.

    %{signature} 
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    %{ticket.thread.original}

  • That will only show the original message, and not any messages between and after that to where you are now in the ticket thread.  But I'm glad that your all set. :)
