SLA with Priority

I know we can link the topics to the SLA and priority, incase we set up that clients can define their own priority for tickets, is there a way to link the priority to SLA.


  • Not per se. But you can enable SLA priority escalation in Admin panel -> Manage -> SLA Plans -> Priority Escalation:
