Would it be possible to add functionality to clone or copy an existing ticket?
For auditing purposes, we would like to create a ticket each time we touch a machine. Last night, I 'touched' more than 20 computers, and it would be *really* nice to clone a ticket for each machine, as opposed to opening 20 separate tickets, filling in certain information 20 times, etc.
You get the idea...
