I have a situation where a department asks me to create teams for their agents, but restrict the view of the tickets assigned to a team, only to the users belonging to a team.Situation:- Team A (agent A and agent B)- Team B (agent A and agent C)- Team C (agent B and agent C)(All agents are from the same department)Agent C should not see the tickets assigned to Team A, Agent B should not see the tickets assigned to Team B and the Agent A should not see the tickets assigned to the Team C.Try with the option "Limited access ONLY to assigned tickets" and it worked, but they told me that they needed to see the tickets not assigned to assign them, so I had to discard this option.Is there any option to resolved this?
