Sorry for the confusion, I am new to the system.I created a test ticket 18-6004.When I assigned or reassigned ticket 18-6004 logged in as Agent1 to Agent2 an alert message was sent out and received. While logged in as Agent1, if I reassigned the ticket 18-6004 which I assigned to Agent2, back to Agent1, no alert was sent out.By chance I created Agent3 and logged in as Agent3. I assigned ticket 18-6004 to Agent1 and I received the alert.In response to your question. For ticket Assignment Alert and Ticket Transfer Alert I have both of them enabled. For Assigned Agent / Team, Department Manager, Department Members, I have a check mark active on them.I should also say thanks for all your hard work on this software.
