I have a customer that has an overall holding company with sub-company's under it that we are supporting on our OS Ticket platform. I have created departments to service each sub-company with different agents for the different sub company's. All is good.I have created user organizations for each email domain (sub company) however the holding company has a user that wants to see all tickets being posted for the different organizations. The primary user can only be from that organization group, where as I need one user from a separate email domain to be able to be a primary contact for multiple organizations.Can anyone think of a way around this?
