Post Reply problem ver.(v1.11.0-rc1) getting 500 error
Hello we have upgraded to v1.11.0-rc1 for testing and have enjoyed a lot of the new features we have found that when posting a reply we get an 500 internal error. This has happened from both the Agent view and User view when trying to post a reply. Agents can still post internal notes. The users reply does get added to the ticket but give them a 500 error. The Agents just gives them a 500 error
Any help or insight would be great.
