Just recently installed v10.1 clean osticket system on new client website. I am the administrator but I am not seeing all tickets.I can see:tickets unassigned assigned to meNot seeing tickets assigned to other agents.I can verify that my profile has "administrator" status. Limited ticket access to Only assigned ticket is NOT checked. I have access to all departments with "All access". I am Manager for all DepartmentsAny way to fix?
