Just to make sure we are on the same page,Instead of using an email account directly to get emails, we are using "Support@" email as the distribution list that sends to "helpdesk@" email account and osticket retrieves from using imap.I need to know what email to use in osTicket in the Email address field in the Emails tab. And also, do I use Header Spoofing since I want to show Support email instead of Helpdesk email ?I will take any suggestion at this point and reply back with the outcome.
