Hey all,I just deployed OSTicket 1.10.1 on a release of Ubuntu 18.04LTS Desktop, utilizing Apache2 and PHP 7.2 as my platform, and im having one hell of a rough time with it all.Ive gotten it to a stable place where the data seems to be loading, and the ticketing system seems mostly to work, but im caught up in three spots.1) Email fetching. I have disabled autocron and added the following entry to my /etc/crontab file*/2 * * * * www-data /usr/bin/php7.2 /var/www/html/osticket/uploads/api/cron.phpWith the intent to pull tickets from the mailbox every 2 minutes (ideally id love to poll every 60s to keep things up to date constantly. The issue is, while it seems to poll one ticket for that period, it will then range anywhere between 2-12+ minutes to pull again, which i test by mailing my ithelp@contoso.com address that its referencing. This is an Enterprise E3 Office 365 account that I setup via SMTP, for reference. The polling for new tickets/responses is super inconsistent, and I cannot figure out how to establish it to poll a stable, consistent time.2) After email is received, I wanted to have the emails moved to a "Submitted" folder, however when I try to address that, OSTicket errors me with some sort of error stating that it cannot use the folder adn that my settings are invalid.3) The x axis on my ticket feed shows strictly NaN across all bottom values, and the dashboard doesnt seem to acknowledge that ive answered any tickets ever, so it doesnt increment anything. All values are left at 0. I figure this is related to the NAN issue though.I was hoping you all may be able to help, im really hoping to utilize OSTicket as my primary ticketing software.
