@[deleted]Admin Panel > Emails > Templates > Add New Template Set > Template Set to Clone = default > Language = English > Create. Now go to Admin Panel > Emails > Settings, set "Default Template Set" to the new template set, and Save Changes. Now all the templates will be in English. To update User and Agent templates, you will have to go to Admin Panel > Settings > Agents > Templates and Admin Panel > Settings > Users > Templates and update them manually.I hope this helps.
