Hi @[deleted],I see from your previous post that it is my theme, osTicket Awesome, that you are using.@[deleted] is correct in that the term "theme" is a bit of a misnomer because osTicket doesn't support themes and so the author of any theme has made modifications to core files. It seems unlikely to me that you are experiencing duplicate tickets as a result of the theme. But I could be wrong. Either way @[deleted] has a great suggestion: to use stock osTicket. And actually you can do so without having to nuke your osTicket Awesome installation. One can have two or more osTicket installations on the same server using the same database. Any changes made within one affect the data you'll find in the other(s).I recommend that you download 1.10.1. After unzipping it, upload the 'upload' folder to the same root directory as your osTicket Awesome installation. Rename the folder to something practical, such as 'osticket-core'. Then copy the file include/ost-config.php from your osTicket Awesome directory into the /osticket-core/include directory. Now both installations are running off of the same database. You can then use the unthemed osTicket installation to see if the problem persists. If the problem is actually limited to osTicket Awesome you can send me a PM or, ideally, post your issue in that forum.---Having said all of that, I seem to recall creating duplicate tickets by accident in the past. I believe what happened was that I opened a ticket and left the browser tab open. I later returned to that tab and, for whatever reason, I refreshed the page. Doing so will create the exact same ticket again, but with a different ticket number. I wonder if this is what is happening on your end. You should look at the timestamp of the tickets for a clue.
