HiI have created data list to be filled by agent before ticket is closed. Those data is needed to close the ticket. Now before agent can close the thicket he must edit the ticket, put data in required field, save ticket. And from that time he can close ticket.Those field is only visible and required for agents.Question: is it possible to setup that field to be visible and editable by Agents but without editing ticket. Agents open a ticket with all details (now he can edit answer to client) change required field and save it. thanks
