I'm on 1.10.1 right now, and I have my emailed tickets just get dumped to a department and have a topic set, which works fine.Is there any way to auto assign to a random or round-robin list of agents? Say a ticket comes in and it automatically gets assigned to the next agent in line, like dealing cards.It looks like I can only assign a particular agent as a result of a ticket filter. Let me know if I'm missing something? How does anyone else handle this kind of triage?
