Hi,While creating a new ticket, files can be attached to the ticket. It's very nice. But when Agent reply to the ticket and adds attachment to his reply, system sends mail only with info, that "there is a new reply to your ticket(...)". I would like to add file attached by agent to this message. My version of system is 1.10.1 and I found info that there is %{message.files} option to put into message template, but it does not work. When I click "supported variables" on template editing screen there is no %{message.files}. How can I force osTicket to use this command? :)
