good day, may i ask this or what should i do when the agent open a ticket in a minute of time for example:agent name: mark, open ticket number 1, and then supposed to be the ticket number 1 already assign to mark? but another agent name: trisha, open the same ticket which is ticket number 1 without refreshing the browser, supposed to be she cant open it or it has an alert say that the ticket is already assign to agent mark... anyone can help me or what should i do? thank you
