osTicket Versionv1.10.1 (9ae093d) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApache/2.4.6 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) PHP/5.4.16MySQL Version5.5.56PHP Version5.4.16Ive got a new instance of osticket spun up an on ec2 AWS virtual machine. The install went smoothly and Im impressed with the user interface so far. Im having issues getting emails into the server. I have setup an Outlook 365 email address in the admin panel > emails. I have tested with both IMAP and POP using their respective SSL ports (993 and 995). I have confirmed that both IMAP and POP are enabled for the account. SNMP is configured as well. I have initiated the php script in /var/www/html/helpdesk/api/cron.php to run every minute. I have checked the cron logs and it is running. I have increased the log level to debug and here is the output for the cron job: Cron JobCron job executed Log Date: Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 5 PM IP Address:Everything appears to be working and setup correctly but we are not getting any of the emails sent in to hit the new osticket box. I can log into the the outlook 365 account and see the test emails, but the server is not fetching them. I checked the logs for the ec2 box and im not seeing any rejected traffic on the IMAP or POP ports.Thanks in advance!
