no image attached to thread.I would bet that you have a timezone wrong some where do that the lock is expiring immediately.Check: mysql, php, webserver (if it has one), host OS, osTicket's timezone, and your agent profile.

timezones aren't connected to a system time zone... You set the time zone in the appropriate configuration files/db for the products that you are using.The image that you posted is what your PHP is reporting. So you would edit your php.ini and set the time zone in the file.open the file.locate the date.timezone line. Set your timezone.save the file.restart the webserver software.
