Try "Admin Panel -> Emails -> Diagnostic" with a staff address

Thats mean, the communication between your server with osTicket and staff is OK.It must be what wrong in your mails settings.Are staff addresse right, without space etc?
The email configuration would go a long way in troubelshooting this.
Hello, I tested many options of ideas. My discover is: when i enable https, all of our staffs don't get no mails about task, tickets and sending emails about reset passwords. I don't know why ... Do you know the answer anybody ?
