We have upgraded from a previous version of OS ticket and in that version (can't remember what version number) users could see their own archive of tickets. In the staff control panel we can see the full archive of tickets assigned to a user and after looking online we have now assigned both the user and the tickets to an organisation and set a primary user for the organisation to see all tickets. Unfortunately though the user seems to have no way of accessing/viewing this archive/related ticket list. Is there a way for users to access previously submitted tickets in a list?Thanks in advance.
