"You can view this ticket's progress online" link is wrong.

When users create a ticket, the link they receive via email points to http://<mydomain>/view.php?, which of course does not allow them to view their ticket. I'm assuming that there is supposed to be something more after the question mark.

My template reads:
You can update or view this ticket's progress online here: %{recipient.ticket_link}. 

Any idea how to fix this?
