Unable to see the resolved and closed tickets

i am unable to see the resolved and closed tickets in the agent dashboard. After replying to the ticket i have chosen resolved but it was not showing in agent dashboard.

I was unable to delete the ticket statu

    The dashbaord isn't in real time, its historical data from 1 day ago and back.
