Note/replay instead of new ticket
this is my first ticket, so please be gentle ;)
We got an problem with replying to tickets, I am not quite sure if it is a bug or a feature.
When we try to forward, as an agent, a mail into a ticket, we always create a new ticket, no matter how we try it. Only the requesting user can forward something into the ticket. I have updated to the latest version two days ago. Can anyone help me with this. If you need some information from our system, let me know :)
