I have installed a copy of the latest version of osticket.
What I want to know is I have multiple customers.
Does this software allow you to show tickets only for specific customers.
Also, can the customer see tickets that only apply to their business?
The idea would be - I set up one generic email address (eg: email@example.com) and they email queries / complaints in.
If they are emailing from firstname.lastname@example.org then the ticket is allocated to business 1.
Someone from another business emails in from email@example.com and their ticket is allocated to business 2.
