When I have recieved an email to our support it will generate a new ticket. For example let's think firstname.lastname@example.org has sent an email to our support. It will generate a new ticket. When I am going to reply to that mail under To: it shows me 2 options.Do not email reply and the email@example.com. If I want to send that reply to firstname.lastname@example.org how do I do that?
