Hi All,When I have recieved an email to our support it will generate a new ticket. For example let's think mkl@gmail.com has sent an email to our support. It will generate a new ticket. When I am going to reply to that mail under To: it shows me 2 options.Do not email reply and the mkl@gmail.com. If I want to send that reply to lakmal@yahoo.com how do I do that?
