Hi,we are using ver 1.92 as eMail relay, i.e. customer and agents send most messages via eMail and log in very seldom.After I've installed version 1.10 as complete new system, customers reveive the new ticket confirmation, but no answers from the agent later on.I've tested with version 1.10, 1.10.1, tried to send emails with smtp as well as php and tested php 5.6 and 7.0.Do you have any suggestions? Do I need an eMail mod as used in 1.92??Thanx a lot, Tom
