Staff can not attach multiple response attachments

The user staff when responding to the tickets is not possible to attach several response files only allows a single response attachment. The osTicket version (v1.9.14) is being used 


  • I don't use 1.9.14 but I include multiple images attachments in most of my responses (in nearly every version since 1.6 up through 1.10.1) so I really have no idea what you mean.
