Hi folks,Is there a way to configure an Express ticket into the system?I'll try to explain myself. Here in the company, there are some common issues and they need to be attended ASAP, so, the users lose time capturing "name and email" (I can't register all users) so, I want to create an "express ticket" where only select the help topic, the area (as a customized field) and create the ticket without a name and email address.thank you.
