Currenlty I am aware that users can see other tickets in the same organization by changning the settings in the dashboard. Would it be possible for users to be enabled to edit each others tickets? If not might this feature be added at some point?Toby
Don't think even the original user can edit the ticket at the moment.Not sure when this would be a useful feature.
