Hi All,I have a particular interest in the types of issues that people submit tickets for, so that I can see, for example, are there a bunch of customers all having a similar issue, and then maybe we can correct what's causing the issue and receive less of those tickets.So, this is a general question about how can I use OzTicket, or get reporting, that helps me analyses ticket issues/content, and see issue trends?What are you doing, or how would you approach this?Thanks for you ideas and input.Cheers, Stephen
