[resolved] No email sent to client when new ticket created

When I created a new ticket, I can get the email notification to process the ticket, but client could not get the email. The email reponse also work fine for clients and agents, the problem only exitst in new email notification to client when they created new ticket.

I have checked all the setting according the the forum discussion, but still could not figure it out.

auto reponse have not disabled.

sTicket v1.10.1 (9ae093d) —  Up to date
webserver Apache
MySQL 5.5.57
PHP 5.6

    Or are you saying that no email is sent?
    Have you checked the mail server logs?
    Have you checked their spam box?

    How do you have email setup in osTicket?
  • Thanks. I check the mail server log, no email sent. I check the agent setting, finally find that I have not checked the new ticket notification...

    problem resolved!
