Hello,I have recently started working with osTicket and have come across an issue. I'm trying to make a simple checklist in html that can be added to any ticket comment as a canned response. MAking a sample in knowledge base it seems to be fine as shown.However when I go into a ticket and add the canned response it is removing the input type. Is this a bug or is this something that osTicket just doesn't do? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
