[resolved] I don't receive Emails with IMAP


I installed osTicket on Windows Server 2016 R2.
When I set up Gmail or other email addresses I don't receive Emails. I already clicked the refresh button.
I also tested IMAP and SMTP with Thunderbird on the same Windows Server. It worked.

Do you know what the problem could be? Thank you for help.
