Ticket Filter Actions on Custom Fields

Hi all.

I see previous discussion regarding creating ticket filter actions that modify custom fields. Per older threads, this was to be an included feature in 1.10. It doesn't appear to be however.

Does anyone have any updates or suggestions for how my team can accomplish this?

Neither of those threads sound anything like what you are talking about to me.

The first one is someone asking us to add a feature.

The second one the user wants to put something in the subject to populate a value in osTicket.  Which shold be accomplished using a ticket filter.

IF subject contains "PATTERN" assign ticket to HELP TOPIC -or- DEPARTMENT.

Both seem related to a ticket filter action writing a value to or modifying a value in a custom field on a ticket.

On the first, there was no update and I see no pull requests. Should OP on the first thread have done so?

On the second, it seemed that this was to be a feature in 1.10. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what was being asked in that thread. Apologies if so.
