Ticket Filter Actions on Custom Fields
Hi all.
I see previous discussion regarding creating ticket filter actions that modify custom fields. Per older threads, this was to be an included feature in 1.10. It doesn't appear to be however.
Does anyone have any updates or suggestions for how my team can accomplish this?
