You might want to post what it is that you did to fix your issue in case someone else has the same problem.
No problem ntozier.It appears that I created a form under "ticket details" which was Phone Number and variable NumberVarI think, what happened was that I conflicted the variable so originally it was displaying the customers phone number as a ticket number, I removed this variable from ticket details and it started to work again.Hope this explains it.Thanks
