Hello everyone !I've been using Osticket since few months and I'm blocked on one problem.When I open a new ticket from the agent panel, I can't select the priority of the new ticket (cf screenshot 1).But when I edit the form Ticket Details, I can see the priority field and he is active for all agent options (cf screenshot2 and 3).Have you got any idea to solve my problem ?Thank you in advance for your time ;)
