highlighting rows

I am trying to highlight each row that the last staff responder matches the current user. I can do the SQL query etc but I am looking for where in the code the ticket list is generated so I can add this.


  • I really have no idea what you are talking about since every other row on the ticket list is already highlighed a different color.

    It's probably in one of these:

  • yeah, I mean highlight based on last staff responder if it matches the user. So staff know by highlighting what tickets they are working on without them being tucked away in assigned tickets.

  • You mean like how the Ticket # is bold when the last response was from the client?
