Hello! I have a number of help topics right now which work just fine, but I've re-designed the way I want to handle hardware requests. I want the user to be directed to osticket for everything, but if they select a certain help topic (Hardware Request), I'd like them to get redirected to a different URL. Is there a way to accomplish? I've tried to get close with a custom form and a custom thank you... I'd even be willing to let the ticket be opened and then redirect them to the different URL. Just looking for some guidance to get me close. Thanks
