I am using a filter so that my staff can email into the support address and with the proper "code word" it will auto assign it to them and then automatically close it out. However, the system says "CLOSED BY SYSTEM" but when I look at the closed tickets list the "Closed By" is empty. How can I get it to say "System" or even the person that created it?
