Unable to get assignee list to update - outside of current dept

Hi all 

Recently upgraded to the newest version of osticket 

The problem I have come accross is that I cant transfer a ticket to a member of a different department......if I transfer the ticket to the department first I can then pick the assignee I want which is wierd as my role is an admin role and i should have the ablity to transfer between departments 

Any one have any ideas or advise

  • Admin panel -> Agents -> Departments.  Go to the department that the ticket your talking about is currently in.
    Look at "Ticket Assignment".
