Filter Action "Send an Email" variables partly working?

Hello everyone,
I have a filter set to run on every in bound ticket and it's supposed to do only one thing: use the "Send an email" filter action using the same template information that it sends as a new ticket alert but to another email address. Here is what the variables look like:

New Ticket #%{ticket.number} created
Submitter: %{ticket.name} (%{ticket.email})
Subject: %{ticket.subject}
%{message}

And here is what it actually sends:
New Ticket #Array created
Submitter: JeffNTexas (testemail@gmail.xxx)
Subject: test 3 at 1326
%{message}

Basically the %{ticket.number} and %{message} are not sending, but the %{ticket.name}, %{ticket.email} and %{ticket.subject} are. Ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Comments

  • Update: using %{ticket.message} works in lieu of just %{message} but no love for %{ticket.number} or %{ticket} (both just come out as ARRAY still).
  • I passed this thread along to the devs to take a look at yesterday.
  • Thank you good sir.
