Can not remote tickets in v1.10


osTicket (v1.10)

I open the dashboard, delete some tickets, a modal dialog is shown with question: Are you sure you want to DELETE selected tickets?.

I press Delete and a message is shown - Successfully deleted 2 selected tickets.

After a couple of minutes these tickets appear again.

There is nothing in the error_log file. What should I do

  • You are using IMAP or POP to collect email right?
    What do you do with the emails after they are collected?
    My guess is nothing.
    So osTicket would collect the emails and open new tickets for them.
  • Hmm. well they were moved, but it seems they were moved to INBOX. Which is kind of a loop. Thanks.
