guest user form ticket issue

Hello,

In creating a guest ticket i often return the following errors:
1. Email Address is a required field
2. Full name is a required field

but you see from the image that both fields contain values.
Fields are typeheads and get values from two custom lists

the two lists

I have returned a bug as an agent when I try to create a guest user.
Εrror was also presented in the sender's office field, which is a drop down list.

Also after checking in the database I noticed that some users while it was
record with full name there was no mail and office.

A major problem was the import process. created users without email and office.

Thanks

I added some screenshots that show the user creation steps.

It is seen that the email is not registered

(before creating, I have added the user's details to the list of employees and the email list

    both fields is typehead)

  • @gns Yea, I don't think Type-a-head will work with built-in fields as you're not supposed to touch/modify anything about the built-in fields.

    Hello,

We have only used the capabilities of the application without interfering with the code.
typeahead is a possibility we can choose from field configuration tab.
Since it does not work as you say way is provided on the field configuration tab?

  • @kevinthejedi is saying that you should not muck around with the Email Address field.  It is not intended to do what you are trying to do.
