[resolved] User defined priority

edited November 16 in General Discussions
I'm looking for a way to allow my users to enter a priority when they enter a ticket.  Is this possible?  I did a little searching and found this discussion http://www.osticket.com/forum/discussion/9745/adding-priority-while-open-a-new-ticket-from-customer, but it's from an older version and I don't see that option now.
