List of "Closed" tickets is empty


I'm using version 1.10.1-0119 as package on an Synology DiskStation. osTicket works fine, but when I close tickets (doesn't matter if marked as Resolved or Closed) I can't see them anymore in the Queue "Closed Tickets". I've tried to search for them instead without success.

Is there an option that is checked so closed tickets are getting deleted?

  • It sounds to me like your ticket is assigned to a department that you do not have access to, and assigned to you.  When you close a ticket it is no longer assigned to you.  So you lose access to it.

    Closed tickets are not getting deleted and there is no option to make it do that.
