Pre-select Profile when to open ticket
I would like to know if it is possible an agent to open new ticket with the auto pre-select with the agent profile instead of manually selecting the user. This is including for exemplo (name, e-mail address, department, ticket source, assign to). If happen to open in someone else's name, just click "Change" to change the user.
PS: My OSTicket system is configured to work with Active Directory.
